@jnack Why is PS, LR, on my laptop and devices (and Firefly) @$120/yr called “Expensive Adobe”, as I’m still reading in social media, but a Midjourney subscription@$300 to $500/yr (plus $ for more extra fast hours) doesn’t merit a peep? Huh?

@aboutrc Like any new technology some people will use it as a crutch & some really creative people will use it as a tool. That's always been the case with art & technology. I have quotes from as far back as 1865 decrying how technology advances are killing the art and craft of photography

@UPS sucks! Had a package disappear going to a 96 yr old at a senior living center. 2nd package sent & said delivery attempted, no one there. BS! Someone is always there at the desk. Tried to talk to someone. Terrible online help, never reach anyone. Just recording runaround 10x.

@strobist I recall the 1st digital cameras and experts saying the quality will never surpass film. Whoosh, Kodak gone. The speed of improvement of AI & Deep Fakes will be shocking as big data impinges more & more into our lives. I think & hope some will be great but others will happen too

@ScottKelby @BHPhotoVideo You'll love this camera after two days of getting used to the controls. The adapter with a control ring is incredible as I assigned exposure adjustment to it, so what I see in the viewfinder live, is what I get on my capture. Lovin' it. A Paris Workshop? What fun!!
