Immigration is a legal process. Migration is not. Settlers may have traveled in order to settle in a new territory, but they did not immigrate to another country, because there was no country, until the land was SETTLED so that a country could be established so that IMMIGRATION could take place. You didn't do well in Civ Ec did you.

None of you understand what it means to "settle" a land. No, the "natives" had not settled the land. There was no established civilisation. There was tribe warfare cannibalism, and slavery. There were primitive tribes with inferior infrastructure and zero systems of governance or social foundations. The cultures that have those things always win over those that don't. This is World History, not American History. Read something.
