Also, you can take low doses of Pepcid if you start to have inflammation symptoms. My fingers wr swollen 4 days at end of my testing positive, pepcid helped

@Ruby Hospital air varies. It's incredibly expensive to use lots of fresh, outside air over time. And some HVAC systems can't handle it. The system has to be designed for higher filtration and/or lots of outside air from the start.

@Ruby Nobody knows anything about their filtration. Engineers, lab managers, and hospital facility managers are the only people who really know, sometimes architects. Most business to systems are designed with a majority of recycled interior air. Labs are often 100 prct outside air

@rossgrady I got Moderna as a second. Durham county health department doesn't give af. I was super tired for five days. The worst reaction I had was my first shot, j and j, which was 6 hours of flu.

Note that I went to the UK three weeks later, and got covid at 10 days in.
