Alix Wilton Regan, the actress playing Lara Croft in Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, revealed that she dislocated her jaw while recording action scenes for the game.

The injury occurred when she accidentally hit herself in the face while acting out a punch. “Right as I go to do the hook, I literally hooked myself in the jaw,”

Recording stopped for about 20 minutes while she put her jaw back into place and used an ice pack before returning to work. Looking back on the incident, she joked, “They thought they’d killed Lara.”

Regan also revealed that she injured her arm during another recording session after doing too many takes.

Who’s Lara Croft ?

Several names were being considered and discussed for the role of Lara Croft in Tomb Raider during the early casting process

However, the director strongly insisted on Angelina Jolie, believing she was the perfect choice for the character

Interesting detail from Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis 👀

As spotted by @/imlatenotsorry, Lara appears to be able to ride a motorcycle while shooting during a chase sequence (possibly after the Egypt section). 🏍️

Meanwhile, @/sim2fan_ pointed out that the Gear menu mentions "vehicles" (plural). It could simply refer to different motorcycle skins or variants, but it could also suggest that more than one vehicle will be available.

Do you think we'll get multiple vehicle types in the game? And do you like the idea of vehicles playing a bigger role in the gameplay?

I thought they might have added something at the beginning of the game, or at the start of each new section, like landing from a parachute or something.
