You’re not lost, you’re just between chapters. It feels empty now, but that’s the page turning. Nothing new gets written if you stay stuck in the last one.
Staying isn’t always strength. Sometimes it’s survival mode dressed up as loyalty. Your value isn’t in how much you can tolerate it’s in how you protect what makes you whole. Real power is knowing when to walk away, not because you gave up, but because you remember who you are.
The last two years have been about healing from a toxic relationship and creating a space that feels like home. Exploring new ideas, returning to old hobbies and learning to trust my intuition. Through it all I’ve been having fun, staying true to myself and growing every day.
One of the toughest but most rewarding forms of self-discipline is letting go. Of possessions, people, ego & even ideas… so many things are meant for us in small windows of time. Appreciate them, learn your lessons and move on.
