Vibes from the homestead.
This is me discharging all my post publish anxiety in the garden lol.
I’m grateful for this space and for the understanding that labor is maintenance. For the land and for the body
If I’m gonna accept a label, I like “polyphonic” more than multi hyphenate.
Many voices feels more accurate than a list of things with dashes between them.
The last step was to collect some sweet potato slips from around the yard and plant them in their new home.
Abundance is the default frequency of nature.
Food is free.
Permaculture is the way.

Today we made a sweet potato mound.
First I carved out this little corner of the food forest, right between the Plantains and Jaboticaba.
Then I added some of the recently cut plantain trunks at the bottom. They’ll add a lot moisture and nutrients as they compost.
I covered it all with a mix of soil, leaves, and composted horse manure. Then a coat of mulch to keep it from drying out.
Did you fail, or did you succeed at finding ways that don’t work?
Collect data, iterate, make progress.
Thats the price you pay for the life you want to live.

Being anti-AI is not a business model.
It might win you a few anti-establishment customers,
but that’s the ceiling.

The important part is to stay committed to the process.
Things that aren’t working FOR you, might be working ON you.
These days, employment is a privilege. But don’t let a job kill your ambition for something bigger.

The experiments, mistakes, and iterations in the middle is where all the growth happens. And that might be what your people need to see to start building real connection.
