@VZWSupport I have limited confidence tht the 2 phones, 2 lines and 2 earpods placed on my account fraudulently will be removed and the fact I had to go through this, stay on hold for an hour and be treated with that type of disrespect as a client is disturbing.
@VZWSupport Major fraud on acct in Nov. Called immediately, thought it was settled, charges still on acct. Called tonight, transf to fraud, was asked if I wanted the fraud lines put back on acct, no conf# to give if we needed to call back, was talked over, showed no empathy.
