🚨Trai Hume tells me Sunderland showed, ‘fight and togetherness’ in a post-match interview for the Premier League after Sunderland 0-0 Leeds United

🗣️ “We showed fight. We showed desire. We showed togetherness. We’ve missed that in the first 7 games.”

🗣️ “A point is fair. But we’re not paying much attention to the table. We know the start to the season hasn’t been good enough. Today we were better and need to continue it.”

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

@b3nxf @UnderTheLight73 Yes, I do. I was arguing against your point that he’d set us up for a point which given he’s set us up more attacking than historically seen, it’s a poor assessment. 👍

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

@b3nxf @UnderTheLight73 That’s my point, under him, this is the highest hence why this isn’t him keeping the handbrake on or setting us up for a point. We’ve seen him significantly more defensive than this.

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

@b3nxf @UnderTheLight73 Again though, this is by far in the way the setup with the highest attacking potential he’s deployed, so I don’t see how that’s setting us up for a point, when he could have deployed a more defensive setup.

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

@b3nxf @UnderTheLight73 Okay, but what about our setup in particular was us setting up for a point? We didn’t play a fullback at RW, we consistently played our wingers 10-15 yards higher on average. Angulo was constantly forcing 1v1s.

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

@b3nxf @UnderTheLight73 How did he set us up for a point? This was the most forward thinking lineup we’ve seen for some time now.

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

@1895cg Always happens mate. Cunts drop their rubbish and it always ends up on the pitch. Proper winds me up.

Here we go 👋

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

@CamRSAFC I worry about Frank misprofiling players at times but his tenure at Brentford is a weird one.

I fully believe that anybody could manage Brentford successfully, they are that well run. Not to discredit Andrew’s job.

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

The quality of our wingers is an indictment of coaching not them.

They should have been significantly higher up the pitch forcing 1v1s.

This game wasn’t the only example, it’s been 3 seasons of this now.

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

Sunderland fans, please watch this. Its explains in detail the 'Winger problem' everybody talks about.

Its not individual ability, and a problem primarily driven by system.

🚨NEW VIDEO🚨

I sat down with @UnderTheLight73 to discuss Sunderland’s season so far.

Just how bad was the summer window?💸
What is causing the individual errors?❌
Does this all fall on the shoulders of Regi Le Bris?🤔

We break it all down! (Link below ⬇️)

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

@FPL_pessii @fpl_tactician He’s a fat bitter bloke obsessed with the fact Sunderland did better than Leeds last season.

All together on Sunday ❤️👊

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

@robhall372 @GavSAFC89 Thats tied to the fact our system has one of the CB's jump into midfield when balls are played in behind, not a Danso problem.

[Corey @CoreyYaps]

@UnderTheLight73 Big fan of the midfield dynamic. We really struggled to win second balls last week. Think this dynamic should fix that.
