USA just became baseline 10% at the very minimum. With an average hourly manufacturing wage of 29$/hr.

Manufacturers are not coming back.

US and Canada have a free trade agreement. The rate is 0%.

@KeyserSozai @MarcNixon24 This is a reciprocal tariff because of the surtaxes on steel, aluminum and EVs that we issued in October. This was done with the US and MX to protect EV manufacturing in North America.

This is not something groundbreaking and is basically business as usual.

Don't boycott American retailers - these retailers provide jobs to Canadians who need them!

Instead - read your labels and refuse to buy American made products.

This hurts American manufacturers / wholesalers and won't have as large an impact on Canadian people.
