@KeithMillsD7 The proportion of female teachers in schools has always been high. Maybe if teacher pay and society (women as default parents) changed, more men would be interested in teaching. ADHD in girls is low due to previous diagnosis criteria being more hyperactive than inattentive.

@ciaraquill Our 'workload will decrease when AI comes in.' Just like everyone's workload decreased when we got emails and mobile phones? My mother's monthly teaching notes were two or three handwritten pages. Mine are up on 30 pages typed double sided. She was a better teacher.
