Things you can do to prioritize your mental health this holiday season:
- Get adequate rest
- Say no if you don’t want to go
- Soak up family time
- Take a break from your responsibilities, especially if you’re taking time off work
- Eat lots of food. You don’t need to earn it!
This is crazy to me! I love having company while running errands. I feel like the classic option is “want to go to Target with me?” and the girls come runnin. 🤣
This is very normalized in my culture. The first time I asked an American friend to errand hang with me, she was so shocked I felt like I did something wrong. That’s when I learned in American culture, expecting company for mundane reasons is considered not independent enough.
So the radio dude, co-anchor for SCTV & mental health advocate is an avid baseball player.
Good day to soak up the sun and watch @NoahSaccoMedia & @StormBaseballSC!!
So we at #SimpsonCollege have come to final last Spring 2021 term day of the semester from hell. The last day of the total year from hell. I am so proud of my students, robbed of a full year of a normal college experience, for fighting through this crap.
Surprise!! Guest star on today’s run! We ran 2 miles on this beautiful day. 20 minutes of exercise does more than you think for energy, #mentalhealth, and outlook on the day. Get out and enjoy the sunshine, everyone!

@BrianSteffen@PodcastMessDoc Everyone has a story to tell and that’s what makes podcasting unique. I learned there is an “RSS Feed” and if you don’t put your podcast into iTunes then you aren’t doing yourself any favors! Many aggregation sites pull from iTunes specifically. #MobileSocial
My church has a podcast, and I like to listen to past sermons! It usually gives a description of the content that way, I can listen to something I'm struggling with.
I also listen to @victoriagarrick podcast. Hers is one of my favorites. #MobileSocial
Haha yes this one!!
So many people don’t have serotonin and even more are struggling since lockdown! Hug a friend and remind them that it’s okay to not be okay!

Very excited to go home and visit the family and pups with @fitch_kc7.
Home cooked dinners and family bonding make the heart smile. Sometimes your #MentalHealth just needs to a physically happy place to thrive. See you soon Pville! 🥰
