45min Run this morning Z2. Didn’t have time for swim so will do it this evening.
Breakfast of porridge with milk, blueberries & scoop of whey following the run.
Took the day off training today. Ate good nutritious food and drank plenty of water.
Maybe a bit of stretching later. Swimming tomorrow morning. Going to do 30mins and will focus on technique.
