@HisenseCA @LeonsFurniture Yes I have just sent. FYI the company who Hisense has for service Transglobal service says they don’t have technicians in my area and that I should call Hisense so we are now at day 8 and zero service. Right back to where we started. Very disheartening.

Bought a @HisenseCA fridge 2 months ago @LeonsFurniture and it stopped cooling. Leon’s said call Hisense for mfg warranty...Created a case file 6 days ago for svc call and nobody has contacted me yet! Emailed after day 4, emailed after day 5, nothing. Living out of a cooler 😡
