When a man leads with care, I naturally want to give back. It’s never just about the money, it’s about how I felt in the moment he chose to provide. That’s why I’ll always have a soft spot for generous men.
Tolerating always turns to resentment. At first, you call it patience, then love. But what it really is, is self-abandonment. Every time you swallow a boundary, excuse a pattern, or silence your discomfort, something inside you keeps score. And eventually, the bill comes due.
make sure you respect your partner more than you love them because you can cause a lot of damage to them while still loving them. when you respect them you'll think about them before you make any move & you'll think about the impact it will have on them
The Bible warns us not to look back at old friendships or any relationships that God has delivered us from. Lot's wife did and literally became stuck in time. My prayer is that when you're tempted to return to the past, the spirit reminds you there's so much more ahead of you!

I don’t think God has ever said “No” to me. It’s always been “Not this thing,” “Not that person,” or “Not yet.” And I’m thankful for His pick and His timing, because when it did arrive, I was better equipped to handle it, and it was even better than I imagined.
