Does anyone else think it’s strange we can’t build free in player realms?

I mean is there genuinely any valid reason behind why we have to purchase decorative items beyond flexing wealth?

I wanna build but not if it means I can’t farm for items I actually want?

I’ve been trying to make an aquarium realm, but honestly I really don’t want to if it means farming crazy hours for half of the items that would require, I’m not trying to make this some big thing but couldn’t the devs at the very least make it free to build for private realms..
