@MajorRec1 It's a great point. You could go round one-by-one asking for ideas but putting people on the spot could make it worse. Better I find to have people write ideas down on a post-it and stick on a wall and then answer questions on it later.

@PeerlessPlastic @MadeinBritainGB I think broken links is very high on my list of frustrations - along with forms that you can't fill out because they don't work properly on the device that you are using. Bad enough having to fill in a form, but it has to be user-friendly and fit for purpose.

@MarketAccents @MadeinBritainGB I think keeping the site fresh and up-to-date is often overlooked, with just a big overhaul done once in a while when it's too late.
