@FirstEssex In my opinion if a bus is not on the map you shouldn't report it as a running service. It's the same as having a bus not arrive within 10 mins of the scheduled time on a timetable. I followed this "ghost bus" on the app all the way to Colchester High St from Sainsbury's Tollgate

@FirstEssex PT2 Thier report was (How am I supposed to do that?) After I show them how most drivers still neglect to report the space as occupied. This is also the case when we do board we find the space to be unoccupied even though we are on board.
