@sueperkins not sure if this a sign of good parenting or bad: My 7yo just asked for some Sue Perkins sauce with his tea! Ever thought of branching out into Worcestershire sauce?
Worth taking a moment to listen to Clive Bailye's interview regarding the changes to IHT and how they affect farmers. Succinctly put. Bravo @TWBFarms 👏
“I genuinely believe it will be the end of the vast majority of family farms.”
Labour’s changes to inheritance tax for farms is “kicking the industry while it’s down”, says @TheFarmingForum’s Clive Bailye.

For anyone interested in what scientists, rather than legendary rock guitarists, think about Bovine TB in cattle here is a link to the Godfray Review. TLDR - 1. Badgers are part of the problem, but not the whole problem. And 2. its complicated.

@theladyfarmer So sorry to hear this Jo. Nothing I can say will change the situation, but as others have said, you're one of the most impressive, driven, capable people that I know in Ag. Sure this will ensure you find another opportunity that better suits your family before long.
@theladyfarmer This is awesome Jo. Can't wait to hear some of your insights on here. All the best with balancing studies with the business and family life! 🙌
@Lauratobin1 I'd love to know the source of this information. I'm sure that eating less meat would be better for the planet, but using less fossil fuels and reducing population growth would arguably have just as profound an impact. There is room for nuance in this debate.
