@Hertz I offered to repay for the car The car was parked waiting for me but I was told I couldn’t repay and rebook??? What joke of a business are you running. Tried to call CS no answer.. live chat was useless. Thanks @Europcar_UK you help me out and got me on my travels!

@Hertz Booking number 742 687 948 (rental cars) Arrived late due to delay. On arrival I was told booking void. I offered to REPAY for the same car. Branch made NO effort to support in finding another vehicle. I left the office with no vehicle and stranded in Oslo.

@Hertz your “no show” policy is a pre pandemic T&C joke. Rethink it for the travelling world we live in now. My flight to Oslo delayed today. Tried to call Branch, no answer (typical). Arrive 3 hours after schedule. My booking was void. No refund of £800. No alternative offer!!!
