@UnholyWard "It doesn't....."
She goes quiet.
"Oh. I was planning on coming over to your place."
"I figured I could help you out instead of you helping me."
@UnholyWard Ayaka noticed the tiredness in his voice already.
Would it even be a good idea to bother him?
....He deserves to know.
"I'm going to be late. I..uh..the water here has turned into sludge...."
"And there's riots downtown..."
"...It must have been the previous owner."
❯ The sprite cannot emote, only staring with an uncanny smile. Yet, she's thinking.
"...Do you know who mailed it..?"
"...."
She grips her baseball bat tightly before replying. She feels safe even though she was just advised to not use it.
"Someone sent me this in the mail."
"Along with a key. Do you know who sent you?"
"Sarah. Call me that."
❯ The game sprite looks directly at the screen. This wasn't your typical sonic game, if one thing was sure.
"Don't try anything with that.
I can see everything you do."
"How did you get this game."
Ayaka is staring right back, baseball bat in hand.
She has no idea who they are or how they got onto her television.
After a couple minutes of silence she speaks up.
"Who are you..?"
