๐จ๐ต๐น Joรฃo Palhinha will not stay at Spurs this summer despite his desire to continue at the club.
The decision has been made after Tonali and Mateus Fernandes signings, as @TomBarclay_ reports.
I have been in Tesco, delivering for customers for 3 weeks now as I aim towards my goal of being totally debt free including the house before I'm 50. I'm 44 now.
I received my first paycheck on Friday. Let's break down the gains.
44 hours - ยฃ623.92
Salary sacrifice pension ยฃ46.79 (7.5% + 7.5% match)
PAYE ยฃ115.40
Take home ยฃ461.73
Of this take home pay, I immediately set ยฃ300 aside into my high yield savings house fund.
I then invested the other ยฃ161.73 into my stocks and shares vanguard ISA to VUAG.
This is on top of my pension in my main job (5% + 5% match) and investing ยฃ550 per month also into VUAG.
I feel a blended approach works well for me to continue contributing to retirement (started a bit late), while also attacking the mortgage. When I start getting full months wages for Tesco, these figures will rise.
I hear all the time people saying not to pay off my 4% mortgage and just invest all the money, but my wife and I would really sleep better at night knowing we owe nothing to anyone or any bank.
