This past week crews responded to a significant vehicle crash on 1st Street. The crash resulted in the vehicle catching fire. Crews treated and transported one victim, as well as extinguishing the fire.

This morning members of the department, spouses, friends, and supporters are participating in the annual 9-11 Memorial Stair Climb. We will climb 110-stories in honor of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice 18-years ago. We will be in the stairwell starting at 10:15.
Crews extinguished a fire in a residence in the 800 block of Coronado Avenue this morning. They remain on scene completing overhaul and investigation of the fire. The residence was unoccupied at the time of the fire. There were no reported injuries.
