@Kenny92954457 Testis-seminoma is the initial impression, but I'm not sure I see a spermatic cord...so also, lymph node - lymphoma (but why ink it?)...I guess even a variant fibroadenoma of the breast is possible....most things circumsribed lol
@fouad_boulos@washu_pathology@washupathedu Poetry, Fouad. I feel like I was teleported back 25 years and listening to your description verbatim on Page's consult service
@PeterHotez@maddow lagging indicator? or are we are protecting the vulnerable while the spike is from younger patients who don't have more serous morbidity?
@PeterHotez@maddow yes...the incidence is rising dramatically, and has for the past month...I watch it here in Corpus carefully....but the mortality figures I've seen...they haven't shown a concomitant rise..7 total deaths here in 4 months...
@Teclis82 haha..well, sometimes you have to educate the surgeons that there is a spectrum in classifying fibroepithelial neoplasia...if they understand "B9, margins clear" they will lose interest quickly
@david_terrano@nntaleb Probably far more than 1 million cases. Which opens other arguments. In sum, I agree with you on some points, disagree on others, and will have to leave it there for now to go to bed )))
@david_terrano@nntaleb But was it really so obvious in January? Even the WHO was sending out significantly different info, downplaying the threat. I still contend you are Monday morning quarterbacking.
