Tonight, I’m featuring the historic Gage Hotel in Marathon, Texas. Built in 1926–27, it was revived in 1979 and is now a first-class West Texas destination. Reports say Mr. Gage and other spirits roam its halls, especially rooms 10 and 39.

Tonight I’m sharing scenes from Coolidge, MT, one of the most magical places I’ve visited. This ghost town formed in 1914 after silver was found nearby, but was abandoned by 1932. Its fallen church and Elkhorn Mill are unforgettable.
