@jowhiley Hi Jo, I’m on week 8 and absolutely loving it! Your enthusiasm for running gets me out of bed early every other day. I’m now a fully fledged runner and hold a virtual run meet with my bestie who lives 300 miles away! We’re both loving it! Planning for our first 10k!!
