Finally got her bags a few hours before her return flight. No Sorry from #westjet, not even priority boarding which wouldn’t cost them anything, but at least she would have one bag with her. #shockingcustomerservice. #Dontflywestjet

@WestJet I am not sure what confirmation code you need. Her booking reference is 466073. She was on flight WS1427 on Thursday 25 August departure time 16.55 from Nashville to Calgary. Her baggage tickets are 8006057129 and 3006848564.
