The mayor just said he is the first mayor in 75 years to not raise taxes. That, of course, is not true. What he was trying to say is he's the first mayor to not raise taxes in his first term.

His two meetings with him were less than ten minutes each and accomplished nothing. Don't give the #PartTimeMayor credit for something he has been absent for.
