Thanks for that. Forgive my naivety, but as I look at what’s referenced above I have to ask 2 questions: 1-are the victims themselves bringing allegations here, or are the accusations made by proxy? As you’ve pointed out in Matthew 18/1 Timothy 5 the process for such cases in the Church doesn’t third hand reps; only the offender, the offended, and witnesses to the offense. 2- if the issue at hand involves abuse (in which case anonymity/protection is necessary), it transverses into the legal realm and is no longer applicable to Church systems of justice. And if that’s the case are charges being filed? If not, why not? Thanks again for your input.

@Joel7Richardson Pre-trib rapture is a New Age Western doctrine. The early Church looked to the Rapture from the point of present persecution/tribulation. We look for the rapture to escape the fires of purification. It’s sad.
