@maotheslime @Veliful A great source of protein is dairy. Skyr yogurt is packed with proteins. One 150g cup is around 18 g of protein. Other good source are nuts.
I would personally avoid all those "High protein" products because most of them are highly processed with some added proteins. Not worth
