Applying AI to industry - and industry to AI. Engineer, inventor, & Build TBD founder. Creating the strategies, systems and ventures for what comes next.
Finally was able to get Claude agents to stop side-stepping my harness's rules. I implemented a cryptographic governance anchor to force governance to be calculated instead of reading text.
I'm researching a few new ideas in AI, can y'all pressure test this?
🐝🪰Geometric Bus for swarm operations,
High-throughput deterministic swarm dispatch is dramatically enhanced by a geometric Bus when applied to multi-dimensional caching and spatial routing.
@JoeFernandez What if, the Metaverse bet isn't wrong, but evaluated incorrectly? Text and imagery data gatheredthru the web: gives models inference in those dimensions.
Metaverse is an at-scale method to measure spatial data. Metaverse's success isn't revenue, it's a measurement system.
@Shpigford I've switched to packet orchestration in an attempt to drive 1-piece flow thru runbooks. Turns 1 prompt into 50, but only 1 human interaction. The orchestrator manages strategic context and packet-transfer so swarm agents stick to 1 context, which is updated in the loops.
@rvaniaaaa Thoughts,
Don't draw the graph - derive it. Declare dependencies on the work item, generate the waves, and refuse any plan that violates one.
Put the anchor before the fan-out. Write the verdict rule first and freeze it, or synthesis composes a verdict instead of computing one.
@samueljmcd I only run in the terminal. But it's to launch my orchestration framework, agent swarms do most of my development by issuing runbooks thru packets derived from an agent Kanban board.
@DanielSmidstrup Wouldn't call it a harness, but i run a swarm orchestration, assign 'packets' to agent runbooks.
The orchestrator selects Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or local based upon a model/function matrix. At retro, model perf and a should-model selection is made.
@ZacksJerryRig That's chilling. @elonmusk and @JeffBezos were strong first movers with a charismatic head start which proved space is acquirable. However this move, commoditized it.
@nicksortor Mr. President, your elementary school airstrike killed 150 children. Operation Epic Fury cost $35bn, but munitions restocking costs $87.6bn and $300bn to replace what the munitions destroyed, nevermind nearly 10,000 fatalities.
Tell me more about your pool getting scratched...
To every member of the Senate and House of Reps: You were elected to represent the American people. Not to be fiscal arsonists with our livelihoods. Demand a cost-benefit audit of every foreign military expenditure. Our lives are the budget. Treat them that way. #AmericaFirst
1 Patriot missile = $4,000,000. 1 Russian drone = $35,000. Cost gap = ~$3,965,000. An American making $150K/yr pays ~$45K in taxes. Meaning 88 years of someone's life was spent on a single shot. This is not defense. This is financial negligence. @POTUS@USGAO@USCBO@taxpayers
The Real Question: If the US is $35T in debt, and debt holders have implicit leverage over policy, then this isn't Democrat vs. Republican. It's: Are US politicians governing for Americans, or managing obligations to foreign creditors? #WhoDoYouWorkFor
