@BovadaOfficial has now tried to do the same thing to me. 1st they told me I gave them wrong info, then they told me I accepted a cashout offer for zero dollars, and finally they said I made my bet with expired bonus funds? I had the funds in the sports book and placed my bet!

@TwjdTodd @BovadaOfficial didn't pay me after I accepted a cashout offer. gave me the run around and said I gave them a wrong reference number, then said I accepted a cashout offer for ZERO dollars, and then finally said I made the bet with expired bonus funds. I'm a customer of 15 years!

@ChiefTiger87 @BovadaOfficial I have played poker on Bovada for 15 years and seldom make sports bets but the bonus dollars were only on the sports book, so I made a few parlays. @BovadaOfficial do the right thing. This is ridiculous

Then after asking for a supervisor the rep came back to the chat and said I made the bet with expired bonus dollars
