@Walmart @janeywhiteside While Walmart+ has been a lifesaver this last year, the quality of the service from the local store (Haines City, FL) has gone severely downhill. Tried calling the store each time, but people are more likely to win the lottery than have the call answered.

@UPS Twice, this week, we have had our local delivery person leave a 'signature required' package at our door, without a signature. As these two were expensive medical equipment, this should not have happened. I have called but my call has not been returned yet.
