I won't stay silent while the foundation of this franchise is slowly rewritten. Microtransactions don't belong in Dynasty. They don't belong in Road to Glory. They don't belong in any mode where progress is supposed to be earned. If we accept this today, we'll have no one to blame when tomorrow's game is built around what we can buy instead of what we can achieve. Protect the modes that made this franchise worth bringing back.

I don't play Dynasty but I think I have an idea of what's going on here. From what I've seen, EA added in micro transactions for Coach Levels after removing a setting to make leveling faster, insane. This was also HIDDEN from early creator builds that they got to play before release. Insane shit. Shoutout to Bordeaux for saying this, he's one with the MOST to lose by speaking out this largely against EA.

Can we also talk about how real Bordeaux is for standing up for his community and fanbase? Knowing he was risking his partnership with EA he still stayed true to his fans and was real with the community. I've been buying your games my entire life — Madden, CFB, FC/FIFA, MVP Baseball, NBA Live, College Baseball, College Basketball, NHL, etc. Don't think for a second that you can't be replaced. It's 2026, and the average person can write code with the help of AI now. Get your act together, or someone with the right motivation will build a better product.
You've already lost licensing deals, and it's not impossible you'll lose more. Your consumers don't actually buy your games — they buy the licenses you happen to hold. That's the only thing keeping you relevant, and you keep treating it as a license to money-grab at every turn.
You've ruined FC/FIFA doing this. It's not too late to change course and earn your consumers' respect back.
I'm not even a video game content creator, and even my voice is enough to earn the support of a few hundred likes — and counting. Do the right thing. Your consumers are sick of this.
