Well done @Ben_Scallan on a great interview with @elonmusk and the Irish Governments cage has effectively been rattled. They won’t get these new regressive and Orwellian Speech Laws passed without being challenged through every court and thanks to Ben and @gript, it will be backed by a man with more wealth than Ireland.
Germany is witnessing some of its biggest protests from Farmers who are facing subsidy cuts and are frustrated as their livelihoods are destroyed by unachievable and unproven climate change policies. They have been blocking highways and intersections, driving into cities in their tractors and bringing traffic to a standstill but it’s noticeably absent from the main stream media. #FarmersProtest
Regrettably, my friends and followers, it appears that Ireland is headed towards an authoritative regime. We're being dictated to by politicians who dictate what we can and cannot do, say, and even think.
Politicians are jeopardizing our major agricultural exports with their radical climate policies. Today, they go so far as to claim that if we don't alter our eating and clothing habits, half of Ireland will be underwater in 30 years—a blatant display of climate alarmism.
The Taoiseach and his minister support a Justice Minister whom the public lacks faith in. Some even label those critical of her as far-right and anti-women.
Our virtue signalling immigration policy has been abandoned in favour of impressing the EU with a reckless free-for-all approach. People are pouring into the country without proper vetting from all over the world and nearly 100 thousand Ukrainians arrived without undergoing any screening by the governments own admission. Individuals cross our borders without identification or passports, yet they are accepted for asylum applications instead of being deported. Even when deportation orders are issued, they aren't enforced, leaving them in the country.
The lack of housing for hardworking, tax-paying citizens persists, while the population increases rapidly due to immigration. Hate speech laws are looming, threatening to silence anyone who disagrees with the government's policies. Despite an official poll showing that 76% of the population disagrees with the government's policies, they remain unresponsive, continuing to destroy the country and compounding the already chaotic housing crises . Peaceful protests are dismissed and criticised by the government and the minister for justice, branding concerned citizens as the rejects of society and right-wing extremists.
The opposition party, Sinn Fein, remains largely silent or in agreement with the government. The few politicians and senators who do speak up for the people are ignored and vilified. Soon, everyone may be subject to the same hate speech laws that silence opposition.
It's evident that a change is needed. An election is necessary, and people should refrain from voting for the major parties, instead opting for independent candidates. The political parties have ceased to listen, and the current government is arguably the worst in history, evidenced by the growing unrest, increased street crime, lack of policing, the deterioration of agriculture based on climate alarmism and the erosion of democracy and free speech. They all must go, as they seem to have lost touch with reality and believe they are above the concerns of the people.
I’ve a funny feeling this is the start of the collapse for this government.
A must read.
Now you know @john_mcguirk why MSM don’t want you reporting facts………
It’s funny watching the media slate the government now, considering it was the government paying the media to spread their bullshit
I told you it wouldn’t be long before they turned on each other……
PLEASE RETWEET: The Government seem to think public opinion and submissions are irrelevant when it comes to the new Hate Speech Laws. Please spread this far and wide across the country to increase our sample size. Do you support Irelands proposed Hate Speech Laws?
It’s all beginning to come out in the wash now. Shane Hannon is not going to come out of the Kellie Harrington saga smelling of roses. Far from it.
Some sleuths have uncovered some of his previous tweets. It always comes back to bite you in the ass.
Not a good look 🙄
This clip has 1.5m+ impressions in under 24 hours & made the front page nationally - all because Gript had access to the Taoiseach for 60ish seconds. Imagine if we had the resources that other outlets do.
Oh no no no. That’s not how this is gonna work. No one is forgetting anything and no one is moving on from anything. You don’t get to just sweep your shit under a carpet and expect the stench to disappear.

“Muhammad Ali protested while knowing he would be arrested, stripped of his titles, robbed of his prime. Iran’s players today risked imprisonment, threats against their families. England have shown that they are not even prepared to risk a yellow card.” https://t.co/1gbAkYVjNv
Ryanair Boss Michael O Leary said “I mean, it is absolutely bizarre that the people who can't tell us what the f**king weather is next Tuesday can predict with absolute precision what the f**king global temperatures will be in 100 years' time. It's horseshit."
Two sporting icons. Two different eras. But there is one huge similarity between Muhammad Ali and Novak Djokovic. They stuck to their principles even when the world was trying to shut them down. They have both transcended sport with their bravery when under fire.
Before I tweet this I want no relies saying it’s because I work for RTE! I’m saying it from the start. That game should be free to air. Totally wrong that so many of our volunteers, older members & young players didn’t get to see that because of a pay wall. It’s just not right.
