High dose vitamin C causes kidney stones. If you are not deficient in vitamin C (scurvy), there is little additional benefit to taking MORE. Best source are fruits which balance vit C with naturally occurring citrate (which is a kidney stone inhibitor)

Because I am an infectious diseases specialist so I use it for a range of parasitic infections in patients referred to me.

I never use it to treat cancer because a) I'm not an oncologist and b) it doesn't treat cancer

@tapas321 @BMA_James_Steen Here is the data from Full Fact if you follow their link. There is no such thing as an average junior doctor so you cannot average the salaries into £44.5k. Huge mistake from them. The dispute with gvmt is about basic pay and not the extras.
