If I dont write down at least
one type of project a day, I
notice I start to get sad/mad.
It was always a form of coping
for me, as someone who grew
up feeling like my voice was
not being heard or just didn't
matter much. How long can
you go without writing? 💗

I have had so many stories
running through my head
lately, hard to write it all
down. This is why breaks
are so important for us!
Sometimes I just take a
few notes on little ideas
while I work on the main
one that is screaming at
me, front and center.

topic was a slippery one, and
why I haven't really tried it
much since. I'm too tall for
this to work out easily, and
feel there isn't much payoff. 😂
