Years ago, my wife almost left me because I was negative, miserable, and not grateful for anything. I thought I deserved things and was angry when I wasn’t getting them. It wasn’t until I started taking my gratitude walks that I started to become grateful. The research shows you can’t be stressed and thankful at the same time. If you’re feeling blessed, you won’t be stressed. These walks rewired my brain from negative to positive and opened my heart.

20 years later, I still take my ‘thank you walks’ daily. I’m grateful for the journey, I’m thankful for YOU and I’m thankful for the Creator who gives me everything I need. I’m grateful for you. Thank you for reading and watching what I share.
