@Airtel_Presence had a wifi connection initiated Friday evening. On Saturday person comes 2 hours after calling, informs it'll be installed 3 hrs after payment due to processing, I start calling and 2.5 hours later I'm informed it'll take him 2 more hours. (Contd)

He says Mam Sunday we work. I'll get it done by 9:30 am. Calling Sunday Morning and they say engineer is off, we can't do installation. Then he says Monday by 9:30 he'll be there. I call and I'm informed only 11:30 am available. For working people taking leaves, who compensates?

@Canon_India what kind of service does Canon have that I can't even connect to 1 agent? Automated emails say go to whatsapp, chatbot doesn't resolve warranty issue, no agent connect option. If my warranty ends in this hassle, Canon will say we can't honor it. Assist accordingly.
