🚨LUNA SAYS DAVID GRUSCH IS NOW SPEAKING DIRECTLY WITH THE WHITE HOUSE

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna says David Grusch is speaking directly with the White House while it considers giving him an individual waiver from his NDA restrictions.

Luna told Ask A Pol that any waiver would be handled case by case and confirmed that Grusch was one of the people being considered.

Rep. Eric Burlison has also been pressing Stephen Miller and other administration officials about Grusch. His wording was actually pretty confident:

"They'll waive it, but what he needs is his clearances all brought back."

Burlison said people inside the administration had admitted they "probably went too far with him." He believes restoring Grusch's clearances would show other UAP whistleblowers that they won't be punished for coming forward.

A security clearance and an NDA waiver deal with different parts of the problem. The waiver could give Grusch legal protection to share specific information through an authorised route. Restoring his clearance could allow him to take part in classified briefings again, although he would still need permission and a reason to access each program.

These interviews took place before today's Pentagon announcement. The Department of War has now issued a legal waiver allowing current and former military personnel, civilian employees and contractors to provide protected UAP information directly to authorised PURSUE representatives.

That waiver only covers disclosures made through PURSUE. It doesn't give witnesses permission to release classified information publicly.

There is no published decision confirming that Grusch has received his own waiver or had his clearances restored. According to Luna, the White House is now talking with him directly while both options are being discussed.

We have heard for years that Grusch knows the names, locations and structure of alleged UFO retrieval programs but can't reveal the classified details publicly. The White House now has direct access to the man who made those allegations, and the next step will show us whether or not his information stays behind closed doors or finally goes public.

David Grusch: "Once again, I hope Secretary @marcorubio is helping @StephenM at the White House, because I'm hearing mixed messages about Stephen Miller's seriousness. And I hope he understands how this will impact President Trump's legacy, if this is botched.

"I think the JFK-files release, unfortunately - it was just released to the public - I think even as a former intel officer, I still haven't come to a conclusion. What happened to JFK? Did the CIA and the mob kill him, or what? It wasn't curated. It wasn't, you know, explained to us what all this means, and I think the same thing needs to happen with the UFO-file drops. It needs to be done in a professional way that's consumable for the public."

Grusch: "I hope that Stephen Miller has the wherewithal and seriousness to break this open and enlist the help of certain other people like Devin Nunez, who's the chair of the President's Intelligence Advisory Board, and I think himself and his staff would be very helpful to assist, too."

(Why would he/they be able to help? How can we find out. Well, according to SF Gate, Nunez also is, "a wine investor and the owner of a new tasting room in Pismo Beach called the 'Nunes Wine Company.'" Apparently, people who visit the store have seen Nunez there. So, if you live in that area, go in, drink some vino, and ask Nunez what he knows about the UAP issue. Maybe his answers get better with a dish of fava beans, served with a few nice Chiantis.)

Grusch: "And I'm certainly happy to assist in my own capacity if I ever got the call or summoned. I never want to go back to government full time. Obviously, I'm a professional staff member for Representative Burlison, part time. But, certainly they could, you know, ring me up if they needed to, you know, call me in to help solve this very, very quickly for the President, because I know who to call and what doors to knock on."

(Why didn't this happen months ago, or last year? SMDFH. This interview is one month old, so, hopefully, they've taken Grusch up on his offer. But I wouldn't count on it.)

@DrPhil: "Do you know where some of these craft - if we have more than 25 and less than 100 - are being stored and/or researched as we sit here today?"

Grusch: "Yeah, the problem with that is, I knew where they were, historically, up until the date and time that my source at that facility, you know, worked at it. And this is something I told an element of Mr. Miller's [UAP] Task Force recently: is, they're gonna have to get eyes onto those facilities. There is a program-protection strategy, unfortunately, to move movable archives and materials if they feel like the location has been burned or exposed. That's exactly what some of these CIA programs did during the Church/Pike era. So that's not a kind of a conspiracy theory."

(That means the WH Task Force may never get to see some of the most important UFO-related files, records, and alleged non-human craft and bodies. Location found out? Okay, today is moving day! But elsewhere in this interview, Grusch says that some of these things may be too big to move (H/T: @rosscoulthart), so there's hope!)

Grusch: "So up until a couple years ago, I was aware of U.S. government facilities and contractor facilities that both had the documentation and the material holdings, and the cadavers, you know, mind you. But once again, you know, I'm out of the biz. I don't have a mole at that facility anymore that can tell me on August 11th, 2026, it's still there, unfortunately. And that's just my own limitation.

"However, you know, I certainly know what the President was briefed on in his previous, you know, term, and certainly what, you know, Secretary Rubio was briefed on as well, and what was given to the ICIG and whatnot. And so, it's up to them to do a search and seizure activity at those locations, and also depose witnesses that have that information."

(Search and seizure. If they have what they believe is accurate information about where some of this stuff is being stored, get a tank and some Special-Ops Forces and get it done! Search the facility and seize any UFO/NHI related materials. Cover-up over. I mean, if this is what we all think it is, why wait? Unless, in my delusional fantasy world, they wanna hit every location at the same time? 😮 )

Grusch: "So, once again, certainly, if I ever got summoned, I would solve this very quickly and call up the A team for the President, if he wanted to get control of this issue. But some of it will have to be this process of, you know, identifying where things have been moved, unfortunately, which, you know, is a, you know, unfortunate reality."

I've had discussions, and I believe there are people from the President on down that truly want transparency and believe that the American people are entitled to know their circumstance in the Universe. (Garbled by who? If Trump wants to find out for sure if this stuff is being held in various locations, he could. Or at least make an all-out effort.)

I think it's not gonna be the war in Iran, unfortunately, I'm not gonna adjudicate, you know, that. You know, I think that's a contentious thing.

"But, I think Mr. Miller and the President's team needs to realize this is gonna be the defining moment of his legacy. Because even if @POTUS/@realDonaldTrump doesn't disclose, you know, this is coming out, the genie's out of the bottle now, and it's gonna look back on like, well, what did the President know, and why didn't he, you know, get the information out? And that goes to [George] W. Bush, that goes to, you know, other presidents in the past that were well-accessed this information.

"And so, you know, I'm proud to be a part of that defining moment in American history where this is finally coming out, but I certainly beared [sic] a lot of scars, and, you know I have to live with a lot of, you know, extra trauma. But, you know, I'm a warrior, I'm part of America's warrior class. I was an Air Force officer, and, you know, I do my best to cope with. it."
