I found out I officially graduated over the christmas break and now am officially a doctor, so I can write anyone all the prescriptions I want. Need help with covid, I diagnose chicken soup and flat 7up.
@petertgallagher @DavidStansby Hi David, as Peter says all the data is sourced and available for scraping using his link. If you have specific days you want I can maybe put something together for you. Either way, you can email me for more info: [email protected]
@drsophiemurray @SpaceWxMike @petertgallagher I hope you mean "does". It's a great example of it! Yeah I'm eager to see how these relationships hold up long term!
„Whats your degree in?“
„Astrophysics“
„So you look every night through your own telescope?“
„Not really. I’m more into downloading data from spacecraft worth billions flying through the solar system right now.“
@AineFlood1@petertgallagher Oh Lord, there's the million dollar question. I'm hesitant to give anything definitive but I think with a long exposure shot you might catch something
@petertgallagher "The switch that turns off LOFAR". I meant to say to you we should probably change that switch, maybe include an are you sure option. Seriously though, that's really cool!
My favorite scientist just got a new paper on flux tube expansion of coronal hole regions accepted for publication in ApJL. With conclusions so wild, you might just call him the bad boy of solar physics.
Free access to the paper can be found at: https://t.co/C8jP3Y01Ef
Tadhg Garton @CosmicT_G takes the stage to talk about using machine learning to forecast the solar wind at Earth from coronal hole properties. See our CH detections for today at https://t.co/J1jcacEFxj #ESWW15
