@moonmin_03 As someone who also found Zilart pretty disappointing (albeit I enjoyed it), I hope you enjoy Chains a lot more since I feel it’s a lot stronger overall.
@SnzNSpc Legitimately yes, it’s fucking crazy that BOTW is like 9 years old and still $40 USD.
Even just like $30 would be an infinitely more reasonable price. These sales for games are ridiculously disappointing compared to any other platform.
I used to watch Sebby tear apart Final Fantasy 7 Remake. I didn’t like the game so his vids felt like I was being heard. Then I kept watching him and realized that man is just a miserable human being. Even when he’s playing something he likes, he’s being miserable.
“it’s possible to mod Classic Fallout to have a two row inventory… but this requires downloading special software by one “Mr. Stalin” who had to cut all ties to the Anglophone community because the English Queen wouldn’t stop beaming gay thoughts into his brain”
??????????????
@moonmin_03 I found it straight up basically impossible to do at 75 with just trusts, you can consider leveling up a bit but even at 80 it’s tough.
Trusts are kind of dumb / limited and this fight is one of the prime examples of that.
@VeridisArpegius I do think it kind of sucks that I think XIV’s opening hours of ARR kind of blow.
Especially when I feel most other FF games are pretty great at having really intros that immediately hook you.
@VeridisArpegius Man I do shit on ARR a lot but if I’m being honest it really does have its moments later on.
Like I’d say everything after Cid appears is like actually really cool and interesting. The brief Coerthas section too is awesome.
@Avartrius@T_Tat_suki ARR’s actual dungeons and trials are fun going thru the first time but oh my god ARR is just… boring.
I’ve had friends who have been turned off of XIV entirely DUE to ARR, it’s not just the talk surrounding it, it is just a very unengaging experience overall.
