We successfully delivered demolition of existing kiosk and construction of new Café Roj for Haringey Council at Ducketts Common, N15. The new café has been built in timber frame structure and blockwork on concrete foundations. Congratulations to the entire delivery team.

Our Site Manager, Thaddeus Buffong organised site visit followed by a presentation for the pupils of Oliver Goldsmith School as part of our Social Value commitment for this school project. The agenda was to create awareness regarding the construction industry amongst the pupils.

The annual LRCTG Awards took place on 7th of October 2022. This prestigious event recognises and rewards employers and employees for their training achievements whilst encouraging members to strive for progression through training and upskilling.

Keeping our annual tradition, we organised 5 a side football match between our head office and site teams. Though the head office team were the winning side, they were given a tough fight by the Site team. Glimpses from the evening tell the tale.

Cosmur has been growing in the healthcare sector, we recently completed Evergreen Ward Refurbishment works within St Pancras Hospital for Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust. The hospital building was occupied throughout the delivery of works.

Another project successfully delivered, we completed Uxendon School project which involved construction of two teaching blocks including removal of modular classrooms and associated landscaping works. Kudos to to the delivery team.

Team Cosmur recently completed Gordon School for Royal Borough of Greenwich. The project comprised of removal, restoration and refurbishment of educational huts, including the installation of a new MUGA. The works also included provision of design services from RIBA stage 3 to 6.

We've been awarded the external repairs & redecoration works for 3 schools by the Hackney Council. The works within Old Hill Community Primary School, Orchard Primary School & Springfield Primary School will be undertaken both during term time & school holidays.

Cosmur have secured the remodelling works of Cedar Centre for Brighton and Hove City Council (BHCC) through Procure Partnerships Framework. It took a while for the finalisation and award of the project, and we are glad it came our way.

Cosmur undertook the design and construction of a two, three and four storey residential building comprising 1 no. 2-bed house, 4 no. 3-bed houses, 3 no. one bedroom flats and 16 no. two bedroom flats, together with communal amenity space and car parking.
