Finally got ahold of the FPGA demonstration board I was waiting for and programmed it with the 3-8 decoder I was previously humbled by.

Switches 0-2 set to configuration 101, setting LED (5+2) alight. Not advanced but it's a start.

My computing sin of the day (learning FPGA): I dismissed the idea of just doing a switch case when all outputs are known (8 possible outputs), went for syntactic sugar and wasted 16 times the needed logic elements for a non-functioning logic circuit in the simulator.

@actualwindows98 @Lumituber The tax was unlikely to affect marriages in any major way and was mostly imposed as an extra burden alongside strict societal expectations. Do keep in mind that the "rapid phase" of transitioning from an agrarian society to an industrialized one only started after WWII.

@IntegritasNyssa Sim looks like VBS4 to my eyes which is pretty much Arma under the hood but separately developed by a BAE subsidiary for mil usage. Great to see actually a physical device simulating an infantry weapon integrated to it once.

Sigh, feel really frustrated with myself not understanding complex numbers and FFT outside the very basics of application (phase angle, FFT makes time domain into frequency domain :3).

Performed somewhat poorly with mathematics before, which still takes revenge on me.
