@NatWest_Help NatWest is awful. My partner applied online 6 weeks ago for control over his mum's account (she has dementia). He has power of attorney. He waited a month. No joy. He phoned 3 times. No joy. He went to the branch. No joy. You WILL NOT help him. Utter rubbish. 😡

@NatWest_Help And now, 1.5 months later, he STILL can't access her bank account!!! NatWest staff entered his phone number incorrectly. So he can't receive a code to log on. He's asked them several times to change it. They say they'll change it. They haven't mayo do that very hard task 😡😡😡😡

My partner applied online over a month ago. He's now spoken by phone to two different people with different excuses and been cut off. I've not banked with NatWest for decades because they're rubbish
