The American College of Pediatricians just put out a 🔥🔥🔥 statement calling out all the major medical associations by name for pushing the gender transition craze on kids.

They ask for these groups to "IMMEDIATELY stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex."

If my life was shit heres what I'd do

- go to bed at 9pm
- before bed read a book, meditate, pray, set an intention for where you want your life to go
- wake up at 5am and do the same thing
- dont scroll on social media more than 15 mins a day
- find a job where you can work remote
- stop poisoning yourself with seed oils, endocrine disruptors and junk food
- move somewhere aligned with your health, where you can lower stress and focus on something higher
- read lots of books & follow your interests
- start writing, producing, creating
- fix hormones
- stop chasing casual sex
- steak, liver, oysters, lots of sunlight
- monk mode: no drinking, no weed, no partying
- spend lots of time in silence reprogramming all of your limiting beliefs

It's impossible to not build a better future once you raise your energy and vibration enough
