Dear UK Government, please work with councils to create more allotments. With 90,000 people on waiting lists, some waiting 40 years, there are massive potential benefits for health, communities, wildlife, biodiversity, and producing fresh food without packaging & food miles 🐝
A few weeks ago
I fell over at the entrance of Wood Green Station.
For a moment
I couldn't get up.
Straightaway, a member of the station staff
came over and helped me up.
After the government
have fired station staff
will he be there
if I fall over again?

Ticket office closures will...
❌Remove in-person assistance we need to access ramps and toilets
❌Impact digitally-excluded adults (Disabled people are 4x less likely to have access to the internet)
❌Reduce Disabled people's feelings of safety
❌Lock us out of the rail network
Planting a tree is one of the best ways to boost biodiversity in gardens and communities. Native trees – like this blossoming hawthorn – bring the biggest benefits to our wildlife, because they evolved together.

🐝 Make a bee bowl
🐝 Let wildflowers grow
🐝 Don’t over-tidy
