And the automated chat people , once you've waited from position in 196 in the queue, are entirely unhelpful then cut off the chat saying they are teh wrong dept, despite the fact that when you eventually get a response through Twitter it turns out that's exactly the right dept??
Why is it that no matter which of your numbers you call there are the same automated messages in a loop and then cut off. No option to speak to anyone ever
@CompaniesHouse trying to pay a charge. Only option is online account. So trying to register and so far have waited almost an hour for an activation email. What other options are there?
@DanJLancaster@BTBusiness We share your pain Dan. Everytime you call you get a different excuse. Took them 9 days to remove a divert that a chap eventually managed in 15 minutes. You just have to keep calling til you find the one person who knows their job
@btbusinesscare It's not my problem it's yours. It's straightforward enough. All texts that come from your Indian call centre are chargeable to reply to . You make money off customers communication with you and even off their feedback. Disgraceful company policy so nothing to look into
@btbusinesscare you've just sent me a text survey on the service from your call centre. Did you know it's chargeable for your customers to respond???? Do you get many responses? π€£π€£
@btbusinesscare Had a problem with my phone line. 6 hours on the phone to you guys and 3 promised appointments before an engineer attended the property. 3 weeks to fix the problem then 9 DAYS to remove the divert. You must be proud of your customer service
