Car wash workers at Walvis Bay say they fear losing their jobs and source of income following the municipality’s 14-day notice on Tuesday ordering operators along Sam Nujoma Avenue and Independence Road to vacate the road reserves. The workers say the closure would affect their ability to support themselves and their families, with some questioning where they would find alternative employment.
