@pixie_petals Definitely leans more educational, but it can be pretty triggering. We recommend "Dissociation Made Simple" or "Coping with Trauma-Related Dissociation." The second one is also a workbook style and takes things pretty slow. "The Haunted Self" is good too, but also can be rough.

It's a weird feeling for many reasons. There are parts that never thought/expected to see life past 13/18/21. Our birthday is also a major trauma day for us multiple times over. The flashbacks have been strong the last couple of days. -🌟💼
