Flight 2066 took off EARLY without me on the plane, even tho I arrived at the gate 20 minutes before takeoff. This is the response of @united UNACCEPTABLE cost $700 just to reroute

@united And I missed my connection. And they would not offload my luggage so I had to fly to IAH from LaGuardia to get it back. My point is they should have allowed us on the plane instead they took off early

@united closed doors early without me in the plane but with my luggage even tho I was at the gate on time and took off EARLY. Then said sorry nothing we can do to compensate for what ended up being $2000 in extra fees to work around missed connection. Never again!
